„BUCEGI” HOTEL
In 1921, when the current boulevard of the Train Station was called Elisabeta Boulevard, the „Travellers’ Meeting” hotel operated here. It was known at the time as Mihăilescu Hotel, being the property of Alecu Mihăilescu, former senator of the National Peasant Party, former county councillor, former president of the Chamber of Commerce, father of musician Cristian Mihăilescu.
