Annex buildings of Marghiloman Palace

ANNEX BUILDINGS OF MARGHILOMAN PALACE The annex buildings are an integral part of the Marghiloman Palace Ensemble. On 19th January 1938, a report on the status of the seized buildings mentioned the existence of the following buildings, outside the main villa (Marghiloman Palace): Guest Villa with ground floor and first floor, Administration House with five rooms and a garage, Driver’s House and other employees with six rooms, Coach’s house with 3 rooms, Gardener’s house with 3 rooms, Laundry room with 5 rooms on the ground floor and one floor, laundry room, two other buildings for housing and garages, a hay shed, greenhouse, ice house, at which were added: trees of different species, the stone fence that separated the gardens and the pond with an area of10,000 sq. m.. The annex buildings of Marghiloman Mansion are included on the List of Historical Monuments. (BZ-II-m-B- 02347.02).
