„ALEXANDRU MARGHILOMAN” ELDERLY ESTABLISHMENT BUILDING To the left of Albatros villa, the former home of the jockeys lives a different life, privileged by the use that was given to it. Through PHARE funds, it was repaired and consolidated and given a modern face and a suitable intended use: Service complex for the elderly, nursing home, with the highest comfort. And in order for the settlement to have an impressive name, it was naturally called „Alexandru Marghiloman”. Rebuilt according to the allocated funds, probably quite substantial, the building was allowed to keep, in the central hall, as a decorative element, only a few wooden ornaments, as a reminder of what it once was.
